Georgios C. Manikis is a collaborating researcher at Computational BioMedicine Laboratory (CBML) of Institute of Computer Science at Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH). He holds a Master degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete and the PhD degree from Medical School, University of Crete, in 2021. He has participated in more than 10 National and European research projects focusing on the analysis of multi-scale medical data, development of quantitative imaging biomarkers and predictive modelling. He has more than 60 publications including oral and poster presentations in international conferences, books and journals. Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on e-Health and Bioengineering (EHB 2011).
